We are seeking a highly skilled Pega RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient automation workflows using Pega Robotics (OpenSpan).
Key Responsibilities
Bot Development Design, build, test, and deploy automation processes using Pega OpenSpan (v7.x / 8.x).
Integration Integrate automated solutions with web-based, desktop, mainframe, and Citrix-based applications.
Process Analysis Analyze business workflows, identify automation opportunities, and document PDD (Process Definition Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document).
Maintenance Troubleshoot and debug bot execution issues,
perform root cause analysis, and maintain bots post-deployment
Required Qualifications
Experience 3 to 5+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on application development specifically in Pega OpenSpan/Robotics.
Technical Skills Solid proficiency in OpenSpan automation, .NET framework (C# or VB.NET), SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Certifications Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (PCRSA) or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) highly preferred.
Soft Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
