- 6+ years of primary, hands-on experience in Java development.
- Demonstrable, hands-on knowledge and proficiency with Core Java (JSE), including
multithreading, collections, and JVM fundamentals (a must-have requirement for this role).
- 3+ years of dedicated experience working with Spring Boot, API development, and
system integration.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and other web
service technologies.
- Experience with API documentation tools (such as Swagger/OpenAPI) and a
commitment to documentation best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly
explain complex technical concepts to both technical audiences and non-technical clients.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage workload, and thrive in a quick-paced
