Job Requirements

P2C3STS- A strong background in supporting DevOps tools, with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience; exposure to distributed application support is also highly desirable.

- Direct experience using monitoring and debugging tools, such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Synthetic Monitoring (DSM), Splunk, Kibana, or Grafana.
- Proficiency in investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents and inquiries related to DevX applications (such as Gitlab, CICD, JIRA, and SonarQube).
- Hands-on experience with databases and query languages, including SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres, with the ability to write straightforward queries.
- Solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows environments and familiarity with standard Unix/Windows commands.
- Experience with scripting languages—such as Shell Scripting, Python, or Windows PowerShell.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including containers, Docker, and command line interfaces (CLI).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java or .NET) and the ability to comprehend code.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar.
