Results-driven Middleware Engineer with 4+ years of experience in administration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support of enterprise middleware platforms including JBoss/WildFly, Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, GlassFish, OHS, Forms & Reports, IIS, NGINX, and Apache HTTP Server. Strong experience in application deployment, server configuration, SSL, production support, incident management, automation, and infrastructure support. Familiar with ITIL and Agile environments supporting critical applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and maintain WebLogic, Tomcat, GlassFish, Forms & Reports, OHS, Apache, NGINX, IIS, JBoss EAP/WildFly across Development, QA, UAT, Production, and DR environments. Deploy and manage WAR, EAR, and JAR packages. Perform server builds, upgrades, migrations, patching, and workplace provisioning.

Troubleshoot application, JVM, deployment, memory, and performance issues. Strong knowledge of Core Java, including Collections, Concurrency, Multithreading, and JDBC. Perform RCA for P1/P2 incidents and implement preventive actions.

Configure SSL, HTTPS, and load-balancer integrations.



Collaborate with Development, Database, Linux, Windows, Network, Backup, and Security teams. Automate administration tasks using Shell Scripting, PowerShell, and Python.

Perform health checks, log analysis, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring. Support change management and production deployments following ITIL processes. Configure monitoring tools such as Nagios and OEM.

Document SOPs, build and recovery procedures, and operational runbooks. Participate in DR testing, failover validation, and environment migrations.
