Core responsibilities

 Administrate the live environment daily

 Ensure network connections and stability, maintain PCs that are dedicated to robots

 Run processes, analyse process logs

 Manage live technical environments on day-to-day basis

 Ensures that the daily activity reports are sent to Process Controller and Business Units

 Escalate and inform related parties about issues, reporting Automation related issues to L3 Technical Specialist.

 Monitors KPIs and scheduling of processes

 Password Management on regular basis.

 Manages Level 2 support requests / incidents.

 Completes basic troubleshooting steps to resolve L2 issues.

 Escalates L3 issues to L3 Technical Specialist

 Deploys schedule for automated processes in the production setting

 Manages and investigates exceptions

 Manages process workloads/designs scheduling

 Identifies improvements related to scheduling and technology





Minimum Qualifications

 Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems

 Has UI Path expertise

Minimum Experience

 Minimum 2+ years of experience as UiPath Developer / Support.

 UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Automation Hub Certified

 Hands-on technical automation development experience.

 Experience in MIS reporting.

 The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquired mind.

 Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

 An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
