Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer / ConsultantAbout the RoleNexusCurve is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant to design, develop, implement and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will combine robust hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development skills with a valuable understanding of HR processes, HR service delivery and business requirements. Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with SAP SuccessFactors is highly valued.

This is a senior role for someone who can contribute across solution design, development, integrations, workflow automation and stakeholder discussions.

What You'll Do

- Design, configure, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain HR workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, scripts and automations.
- Work with HRSD capabilities such as HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Service Catalog and Lifecycle Events.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors / other HRIS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub or other appropriate integration methods.
- Provide guidance on HRSD solution design, configuration, implementation and ServiceNow best practices.
- Understand HR processes such as employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, support enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement of HRSD solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, HR teams and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.




- Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment and production activities.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of overall IT / ServiceNow experience, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Service Catalog and Lifecycle Events.
- Strong experience developing workflows and Flow Designer automations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting, configuration and customization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of HR functions, HR processes and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and recommend practical HRSD solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with distributed technical and business teams.

Good to Have
- ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification.
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification.
- Experience with Workday, Oracle HCM or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience with HR transformation, automation or employee experience initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
