We are looking for an SEO Specialist with 5–6 years of experience who can drive organic growth through a combination of technical SEO, AEO, GEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, link building, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Own SEO strategy to grow organic traffic, rankings, impressions, CTR, and qualified leads
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis across the AI, GenAI, and enterprise skilling space
- Handle on-page SEO (titles, meta, headings, internal linking, schema) and off-page/link building
- Run technical SEO audits -- crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, sitemaps and work with dev teams to fix issues
- Build topical clusters and internal linking to strengthen site authority
- Track performance via GA4 and Google Search Console; report on rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions
- Optimize content for AEO/AI search — featured snippets, People Also Ask, AI Overviews, and answer-first formats
- Partner with content, design, and dev teams to optimize blogs, landing, and product pages
- Set up GTM and conversion tracking; convert organic traffic into qualified leads




- Deliver monthly SEO reports with insights, actions, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, AEO, GEO and Content SEO.
- Good understanding of Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Experience with WordPress and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Understanding schema markup, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing.
- Run technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development teams (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness)
- Experience in link-building and backlink analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with B2B SaaS / Technology / EdTech companies.
- Knowledge of AEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI search optimization.
- Understanding how AI search engines and LLMs influence organic discovery.
- Experience working with WordPress.
