- Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel
- Splunk / CrowdStrike / SentinelOne
- Endpoint, Identity & Access troubleshooting
- NOC/SOC monitoring & security escalation
- Incident Management & SLA-driven support
- Enterprise application troubleshooting
- Strong SOP, documentation & knowledge-management discipline





⭐ PreferredITIL 4 Foundation | Microsoft/Azure | Endpoint | Network | Cloud | Security certifications
