Senior SEO Specialist

We looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team and drive our organic growth and online visibility.The candidate will be responsible for technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, analytics, and SEO performance monitoring, while working closely with content, development, design, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

· Optimize website pages, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, images, and internal linking.

· Manage technical SEO including crawlability, indexability, XML sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, schema, hreflang, and Core Web Vitals.

· Identify content gaps and recommend new service pages, technology pages, landing pages, and blogs.

· Create SEO briefs and optimize existing content based on search intent and keyword opportunities.

· Monitor and improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions.

· Manage international SEO requirements across different markets.





· Conduct backlink analysis and identify relevant link-building opportunities.

· Use Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights for analysis and reporting.

· Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement and validate SEO recommendations.

· Support SEO requirements during website redesigns, migrations, and new page launches.

· Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search, GEO/AEO, and emerging SEO trends.

· Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements· 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.

· Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.

· Experience with B2B, IT services, SaaS, or technology websites is mandatory.

· Valuable understanding of GTM, Google Search Console and GA4.

· Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO, Typo3 and website CMS platforms.

· Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO.

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
