We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, data migration, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable Salesforce solutions and working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, SOSQL, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop declarative solutions using Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
- Implement asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Platform Events, and Change Data Sets.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Dell Boomi Middleware.
- Perform data migration and transformation using Data Loader, Workbench, APIs, and ETL tools.
- Manage Salesforce environments, sandboxes, version control, release cycles, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI.
- Perform code reviews, resolve technical challenges,



maintain documentation, and mentor junior developers.
- Monitor platform performance and implement improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience.
- Solid experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Governor Limits, Order of Execution, Salesforce Data Model, and Sharing/Security Model.
- Experience with data migration using Data Loader or Workbench.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, sandboxes, and release management.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dell Boomi and AWS.
- Solid JavaScript and Bootstrap skills.
- Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with Nimble User, Fonteva Membership, or CloudByz.

Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I – Required
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II – Strongly Preferred
