Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can independently manage sales activities, handle key accounts, and consistently achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge in the interior design and luxury lifestyle sector, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the premium interior design market
- Handle key accounts and nurture strategic customer relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and developers
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, design presentations,



and product demonstrations showcasing premium interior solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with a consultative approach
- Coordinate with design, project, and execution teams for seamless delivery and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data
- Guide and support junior sales executives when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in luxury sales, B2B or B2C
- Experience in interior design, real estate, or lifestyle products is a plus
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and field work
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Passion for interior design, aesthetics, and premium lifestyle solutions
