Role Description The Senior Public Relations Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies for personal brands, including planning campaigns, managing media outreach, and overseeing messaging across channels. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press materials, coordinating with media outlets, monitoring coverage, and advising clients on communication tactics and reputation management.

The strategist will collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts, align PR initiatives with broader marketing goals, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.



This role requires proactive stakeholder communication, solid project management, and the ability to guide junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience managing press outreach and building relationships with journalists and publications.
- Expertise in Strategic Communications and Communication, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in creating and editing Press Releases, pitches, and other PR materials aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Experience designing and leading PR campaigns for personal brands or B2B clients, ideally within digital-first environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative team setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media, content marketing, and basic analytics tools to support integrated PR strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
