Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager ?

- Digital Transformation to lead and manage data and digital transformation initiatives for Good Food Holdings (GFH).

The role requires a strong combination of delivery management, retail domain understanding, stakeholder management, and working knowledge of modern data platforms such as Databricks. The individual will be responsible for driving delivery ownership, improving team effectiveness, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical execution.

This is primarily a delivery and team leadership role; deep hands-on Databricks development expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of data and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Lead and manage offshore/distributed teams, establishing clear ownership, accountability, and delivery discipline.
- Work closely with GFH business, product, data, and technology stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into actionable plans.
- Bring strong understanding of retail/grocery business processes, including store operations, sales, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and omnichannel processes.
- Drive requirement clarity and ensure teams understand the business context and expected outcomes, rather than focusing only on technical implementation.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues and proactively drive them to closure.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders and ensure decisions and action items are clearly documented.
- Review solution approaches at a high level and ensure appropriate engineering, testing, documentation, and support practices are followed.




- Drive continuous improvement across delivery predictability, quality, productivity, and operational/support processes.
- Provide clear executive-level communication on project status, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and required decisions.
- Support transformation assessments, roadmap development, and prioritization of initiatives based on business value and feasibility.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 8?12 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, or transformation programs.
- Strong experience managing data, analytics, digital transformation, or retail technology programs.
- Good understanding of retail/grocery operations and omnichannel business processes.
- Experience managing offshore or distributed technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Working understanding of Databricks/data engineering concepts and contemporary data platforms; deep hands-on development expertise is not mandatory.
- Strong delivery management skills with experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality.
- Ability to translate technical challenges into business impact and management-level recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in retail/grocery organizations, retail consulting or enterprise digital transformation programs will be preferred. Exposure to Databricks-based transformation or migration programs would be an advantage.
