Key Responsibilities

Design and execute overall test strategies for web, mobile, or cloud platforms.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers at different levels.

Drive test automation frameworks to increase test coverage and speed up release cycles.

Work with product managers and developers to define clear acceptance criteria.

Track and report key quality metrics like bug density, test coverage, and release readiness.

Manage bug tracking, root-cause analysis, and risk assessment plans.

Stay updated on new testing tools and industry best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

11 to 15 years of total software testing experience, with at least 3 years in a management or lead role.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile and Scrum).

Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium

Good to have on Playwright, Cypress

Positive grasp of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience testing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
