The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how TinyPal is positioned, communicated, and brought to market. You’ll work across product, marketing, content, and customer insights to understand what parents need and turn those insights into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while also building from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or consumer marketing.
- Solid experience with consumer-facing products, preferably subscription businesses or mobile apps.
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and GTM strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, conversion, retention, and product adoption.
- Experience targeting US consumers, ideally parents or other trust-led audiences.
- Strong customer/market research skills and ability to turn insights into action.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, content, and growth teams.
- Analytical, experiment-driven, and comfortable in a lean, early-stage environment.
What You’ll Own
- Product positioning & messaging — define how TinyPal is positioned, differentiated, and communicated to parents.
- Go-to-market — develop launch strategies for new features, modules, and experiences.
- Customer & market insights — understand parent needs, pain points, motivations, and objections through research and data.
- Content & messaging strategy — turn product capabilities and developmental science into clear, relatable, trustworthy communication.
- Competitive intelligence — track competitors, category trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Product adoption & conversion — identify opportunities to improve discovery, activation, subscription conversion, and feature adoption.
- Experimentation — test positioning, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and creative to understand what resonates.
- Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with product, UX, content, design, and growth teams to bring products to market effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in parenting, child development, health, education, or wellness.
- Experience with subscription-based consumer products or mobile apps.
- Experience with US consumer research and GTM.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
- Early-stage startup experience, especially building processes from scratch.
- Exposure to lifecycle, CRM, ASO, or paid acquisition.
