Role Description The Senior Product Manager role at KJBN Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for Raithu, aligning it with customer needs and business objectives. Day-to-day activities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams, and managing the product roadmap.

The Senior Product

Manager will analyze market and user data, run discovery and validation experiments, and translate insights into clear product specifications. The role also involves leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking product performance, and continuously improving features to enhance customer value.

Qualifications

- Product management experience in tech or SaaS environments, including owning roadmaps, defining requirements, and shipping products end-to-end.
- Robust skills in user research, data analysis,



and market assessment to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and iterative product development.
- Ability to translate complex operational workflows into intuitive product experiences, ideally in AgriTech, supply chain, or B2B platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field; experience in AgriTech or operations-focused products is a plus.

A PM in FinTech can ship on Tuesday and read the data by Friday. In e-Commerce, its an intra-day affair.

In agriculture, your hypothesis may take a season to prove. The user is on a two-bar connection or offline standing in a field. The "workflow" spans a farmer, an agronomist, a procurement head, and a processing plant, and none of them use the same app or the same vocabulary.
