Role Description The Senior Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting process systems for industrial clients in sectors such as cement, steel, mining, and power. Day-to-day activities include developing process design documents, performing process simulations and calculations, and implementing process control strategies to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The Senior Process

Engineer will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and support commissioning and performance testing of equipment and systems. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports,



and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering skills, with experience in industrial plants or heavy industry environments.
- Candidates should possess Process Design skills, including development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs;, and equipment specifications.
- Candidates should possess Process Control skills, including familiarity with control strategies, instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, performance evaluation, and problem-solving in complex process operations.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in cement, steel, mining, or power sectors, including commissioning and optimization of process equipment, is highly beneficial.
- Solid communication skills, ability to work on-site in multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency with process simulation and engineering software are preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement in industrial operations is expected.
