Sales Professionals – Real Estate

Square Yards is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our team in Noida. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about sales, confident in customer interactions, and motivated by performance-driven growth and uncapped earning opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C sales, real estate, retail, or business development and possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential customers through leads, calls, references, and other business channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within defined timelines.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and documentation throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Consistently work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

- 6 months to 6 years of sales experience
- Experience in Real Estate / B2B / B2C / Retail / Business Development is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales setting.
- Candidates currently employed or serving notice period can apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Freshers are not eligible.
