About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, drive business growth, and lead a team of performance marketers.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, a data-driven approach, and proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop strategies to improve ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Take ownership of lead generation, conversion, and revenue-focused campaigns.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of performance marketers.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Train team members on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and best practices.




- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and take quick corrective actions to achieve targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Prior experience managing or leading a team is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
