Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Thane.

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work From Office

Joining: Candidates with a maximum 30 days’ notice period preferred

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in running lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC & CPM
- Experience with campaign optimization, scaling and budget management
- D2C/e-commerce experience preferred
- Positive analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns

Key Responsibilities




- Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and budgets
- Analyze data and improve campaign results
- Test creatives, audiences and campaign strategies
- Work with the creative team on performance-focused ad creatives
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
