Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CX Sales & ICM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), and Oracle Redwood UI.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end functional design, implementation, configuration, and optimizationof Oracle Fusion CX solutions, with a particular focus on migrating and modernizing legacy CX interfaces to Oracle Redwood UI using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to transform sales processes, incentive compensation models, and CRM capabilities using Oracle Cloud technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOracle CX Sales &

- ICM Implementation

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops, functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Oracle CX Sales / Engagement Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud CX functional solutions.
- Provide functional leadership throughout implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects.

Redwood UI Transformation
- Lead the migration of existing/classic Oracle CX interfaces to the Oracle Redwood User Experience.
- Configure and enable relevant Redwood features, pages, and opt-ins.
- Extend and personalize Redwood UI using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the redesigned UI meets usability and business requirements.

Incentive Compensation Management
- Design and configure complex commission structures, compensation plans, performance measures, credit rules, plan components, and payout processes.
- Configure credit allocation and incentive calculation rules.
- Support payment processing, adjustments, disputes,



and compensation-related workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of incentive calculations and payout cycles.

Oracle CX Sales Configuration
- Configure and manage core CX Sales functionality, including:
- Lead Management
- Opportunity Management
- Account & • Contact Management

- Territory Management
- Sales Forecasting
- Sales Lifecycle Processes
- Optimize sales processes to improve system usability and sales-team adoption.

Extensibility & • Analytics
- Use Application Composer, Object Management, Triggers, Assignment Manager, and Groovy scripting for functional extensions and custom business logic.
- Develop and maintain OTBI analyses and dashboards.
- Create and support BI Publisher reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle CX integrations, with functional knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Testing & • Production Support
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and unit test scripts.
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support Oracle quarterly upgrades, release validation, migrations, and production issues.

Required Qualifications & • SkillsCore Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle CX Sales and Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Strong experience across the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
- Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM), CRM processes, sales compensation,



and incentive management.

Redwood UI & • VBS – Mandatory
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UI within Oracle Fusion CX.
- Experience configuring Redwood pages and features, including Redwood opt-ins.
- Hands-on experience extending or personalizing Redwood UI using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Experience migrating or transforming classic Oracle CX pages/interfaces to Redwood is highly preferred.
