About the RoleODE Consultants is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary MEP projects from our Noida office.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering projects for building-sector clients, preferably across the UK and US markets.

This is a senior delivery and client-facing role requiring strong project planning, technical understanding, team leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to take complete ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of MEP projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams working across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and associated building services.
- Understand project requirements, scope, deliverables and client expectations and translate them into clear execution plans for the team.
- Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, effort estimates and delivery milestones.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and deadlines and take timely corrective action where required.
- Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions with project stakeholders.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure the project team has complete clarity regarding scope, responsibilities, standards and delivery requirements.




- Allocate work effectively across the team based on project priorities, individual capability and workload.
- Guide and mentor engineers, coordinators and other project team members.
- Identify technical, resource and schedule-related risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements, engineering standards and agreed quality benchmarks.
- Support preparation of project proposals, scope assessment, effort estimation and resource forecasting for new and ongoing projects.
- Monitor variations and changes in project scope and assess their impact on resources and delivery schedules.
- Conduct periodic internal project reviews and provide management with explicit updates on project status, risks and resource requirements.

Required Qualification & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Around 15+ years of relevant professional experience in MEP / Building Services engineering and project delivery.
- Significant experience managing large and multidisciplinary building-sector projects.
- Robust exposure to projects delivered for UK and/or US clients.
- Proven experience independently managing projects, teams, schedules, resources and client communication.




- Strong understanding of MEP systems, multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation processes.
- Experience working with engineering drawings, coordinated models, clash resolution, installation/shop drawings and project deliverables.
- Ability to understand contractual/project scope and convert it into resource and delivery plans.
- Strong project planning, estimation, monitoring and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and people-management capability.

Experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders and working directly with international consultants, contractors or clients will be highly valued.
