We are looking for a Senior Mendix Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with solution architecture, stakeholder management, and team mentoring.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Mendix application development, integrations, Agile delivery, and enterprise transformation programs.

Job Location: We are looking for suitable candidates in both Pune, Chennai locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

- Lead the end-to-end development of Mendix applications across multiple projects.
- Define scalable solution architecture and technical standards.
- Review application design, code quality, security, and performance.
- Drive best practices for reusable components, modular design, and CI/CD.
- Support deployment strategies across cloud and on-premise environments.

Application Development

- Build and enhance Mendix applications using microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and integrations.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, OData, and messaging services.
- Work with external systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Azure services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Team Management

- Mentor and guide Mendix developers and junior team members.
- Conduct code reviews and technical walkthroughs.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, and resource allocation.




- Ensure delivery milestones and quality standards are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with business users, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution demonstrations.
- Provide technical consultation and implementation guidance.

Governance & Delivery

- Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps practices.
- Maintain project documentation and technical artifacts.
- Support release management and workplace setup.
- Drive platform governance, security compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Mendix platform development.
- Expertise in:
- Microflows and nanoflows
- Domain modeling
- Mendix Studio Pro
- Security and access management
- Workflows and business rules
- API integrations
- Database concepts and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure .
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with Java actions and custom widget development is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
