Are you right for this role?

Must-Have Attributes

- At least 2 years in product + brand marketing role at a B2B SaaS or a company that had raised a Series A or beyond
- Has independently owned at least one campaign or product launch from planning through execution
- Can share at least 2 samples of product messaging, positioning documents, or published content they personally wrote
- Has written marketing copy across at least 2 formats - LinkedIn posts, email, website copy, or campaign creative
- Has run campaigns targeting business owners, founders, or operators with at least one measurable outcome in activation, signups, or pipeline
- Based in/willing to relocate to Mumbai
- Available to start within 45 days

Valuable-to-Have Attributes

- Has worked for a B2B company selling to D2C brands
- Has marketed an analytics, fintech, AI,



or data product where the value proposition required education, not just promotion
- Has run at least one A/B test on messaging, a landing page, or an email with documented results
- Has worked at a company where product-led growth was the primary acquisition motion
- Power user of AI tools for content creation, ideation, and distribution workflows
- Has an active social media presence with at least 10K followers on any platform

Overview of the Job

Goal: Execute across brand and product marketing to support Merito's growth. This role works directly with the Head of Marketing and owns execution across both functions.

You will

- Execute brand and product marketing campaigns end-to-end under the direction of the Head of Marketing
- Write copy across formats including social, email, website, and product communications
- Support product launches by creating customer-facing messaging and content
- Maintain Merito's content calendar and ensure consistent output across all channels
- Track campaign performance and report on metrics tied to reach, engagement, and business outcomes

Success looks like: Marketing campaigns ship on time, every channel is active, and the Head of Marketing is never bottlenecked on execution.
