Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services, increase brand visibility, and drive lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing digital and offline campaigns, managing social media and content initiatives, coordinating with sales and consulting teams to align messaging, and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

The Senior Marketing

Manager will oversee marketing budgets, manage external agencies or vendors as needed,



and ensure that all communication reflects the company’s values of trust, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Experience in digital marketing channels such as social media, search, and email marketing.
- Ability to develop and manage content for websites, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or immigration/education sectors is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff.
- Comfort working on-site in Kerala, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
