Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager STAT / GAAP & IFRS Reporting (RTR-Finance Control & Governance)

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Consolidation review financial statements under US GAAP IFRS and Local Statutory (STAT) bases for insurance entities across global jurisdictions
- Regional Regulatory Submissions provide oversight to periodic submissions to local financial authorities and regulators in UK US Bermuda Europe Canada and Latin America ensuring accuracy and timeliness




- Accounting & Adjustments review complex accounting adjustments including deferred acquisition costs reserves investments and reinsurance to align with respective reporting frameworks
- Group & Entity-Level Reporting provide oversight to group consolidation intercompany eliminations and variance analysis across multiple reporting bases and legal entities
- Audit & Compliance support Liaise with internal/external auditors ensuring compliance with global accounting policies and maintaining robust documentation and control frameworks
- Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with controllership actuarial and FP&A; teams to reconcile data validate results and ensure alignment across statutory and management reporting
- Continuous Improvement & Governance Drive process optimization automation and governance initiatives to strengthen accuracy efficiency and consistency in multi-GAAP reporting
- Quality Assurance & Controls Establish and monitor strong control frameworks review key deliverables and ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal policies
- Governance & Reporting Drive structured governance through regular reviews dashboards and performance metrics to ensure transparency and control across the RTR value chain
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution provide analytical insight investigate root causes of accounting discrepancies and implement sustainable corrective actions




- Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal finance leadership managing expectations resolving escalations and driving continuous partnership
- Team Leadership & Capability Building manage and mentor the RTR team fostering a culture of ownership accuracy and continuous improvement
