Are you a qualified CA/CMA who is ready to own the numbers, taxation and financial reporting of a growing multi-entity Group?

QVC Group is looking for a high-calibre finance professional to take ownership of Group Accounts, Taxation, Banking, Consolidation, Plant Costing &

- MIS across our growing business.

This is NOT a routine accounting or return-filing role.

We are looking for someone who can challenge numbers, solve problems independently, take ownership and provide accurate financial intelligence to the CFO and Board.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️ Group consolidation across 5 legal entities

✔️ Consolidated P&L;, Balance Sheet &

- Cash Flow

✔️ GST, TDS/TCS &

- Direct Taxation

✔️ Tax assessments, scrutiny & litigation management

✔️ Section 195, Form 15 CA/15 CB & foreign remittances

✔️ Banking compliance, Drawing Power &

- Stock/Book Debt statements

✔️ Working Capital &

- Treasury Management

✔️ Group MIS & management reporting

✔️ Plant Costing &

- Cost per MT analysis

✔️ Audit, Internal Controls &

- Compliance

✔️ Listed Company / SEBI / Ind AS exposure

✔️ Leadership of an 8–9 member Finance &

- Accounts team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? MANDATORY:

Qualified CA or CMA – Qualified candidates only

7–12 years post-qualification experience

Strong multi-entity consolidation experience

Hands-on ownership of GST &

- TDS compliance

Experience with bank Drawing Power / Stock &

- Book Debt statements

Team management experience

Live SAP FICO / equivalent ERP experience





Willingness to travel to Durgapur plant fortnightly

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in Steel | Ferro Alloys | Metals | Mining | Process Manufacturing

ROLE DETAILS Designation: Senior Manager / DGM – Accounts &

- Taxation

Location: South City Business Park, Anandpur, Kolkata

Reporting: CFO

Functional Exposure: Group MIS with direct exposure to Chairman &

- CEO

Team: 8–9 members

CTC: ₹12–14 LPA

Experience: 7–12 years post-qualification

Qualification: CA / CMA – Mandatory

Joining: Candidates available within 30–60 days preferred

WHY THIS ROLE? This is an prospect to move beyond transactional finance and take end-to-end ownership of a Group's financial architecture.

You will be expected to build stronger systems, improve reporting discipline, strengthen tax governance, control working capital and ensure that the right numbers reach management, banks and regulators — accurately and on time.
