Job Title: Senior Lead Engineer

Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid

Purpose:

Responsible for the development and maintenance of software solutions for new and existing projects. Deep technical skills are required, along with an ability to understand how all pieces fit together and are validated in a complex, distributed system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in guidelines and procedures
- Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Leverage AI development tools for rapid development and productivity acceleration
- Actively participates hand on in product development and roadmap definition
- Develop prototypes to prove the solutions business value to the Product Requirements
- Represents technical viewpoint for various technologies during strategic planning
- Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts, solutions, technical feasibility & risks with them
- Support Developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
- Participate in knowledge-sharing code reviews
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience:

- 10+ years’ experience in software development
- Healthcare experience / RCM applications knowledge / project experience preferred
- Experience working with global team and working in a team-oriented, collaborative workplace
- Experience with agile development
- Maintain process compliance and own complete project execution.

Required skills and knowledge:

- Advanced coding skills in C# ASP.Net, .Net Core, React, Node JS, SQL , Rest API
- Integrated development with usage of AI Tools such as GitHub Copilot/Claude Code/Codex
- Experience in Cloud native development using Azure / AWS / GCP
- Expert in Git and repository management, CI/CD pipeline management
- Knowledge of Integration with Identity Providers such as MS Entra ID, Okta, Key Cloak & Auth
- Knowledge of application logging, monitoring
- Be able to mentor juniors on technical aspects
- Expert on Object-Oriented Programming and design principles
- Containerization with Docker
- Applied use of GenAI, Agentic AI, ML Algorithms

Good to have technical skills:

- NoSQL DB, Databricks, PySpark / Scala/ Spark SQL, Terraform
