- Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
- 3-5 years in IT Administration, IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT operations support.
- Basic Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn how to use company software database
- Basic understanding of filing System.
- High attention to detail, structured record keeping, advanced excel/ spreadsheet skills.

Job Specification
- ERP Master Data: Create, classify, and maintain IT fixed asset master data within the company ERP system.
- Receiving & Logging: Process purchase receipts (GRNs) in the ERP for all incoming IT hardware and software, matching POs against physical delivery.
- Documentation: Own and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base entries, and operational checklists.
- Renewals & Licenses:



Track software licenses, enterprise warranties, and vendor contracts to prevent coverage gaps.
- ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating asset master records and receiving goods within enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, NetSuite).
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret server, networking, and laptop hardware specifications to ensure correct asset categorization and procurement.
- ITSM / Asset Tools: Experience with asset tracking platforms (e.g., Snipe-IT, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
