Role Description

This is a full-time, in office position located in Hyderabad for a Senior International Ticketing Executive. The primary responsibilities include issuing international and domestic travel tickets promptly and accurately without queuing. The role also involves handling reservations, addressing customer queries, ensuring ticketing compliance, and maintaining a high level of customer service in collaboration with teams.





The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and optimizing ticketing processes.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Ticket Sales and Reservations within an IATA travel agency.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interaction and issue resolution.
- Experience in Sales with a focus on promoting and cross-selling travel products and services.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and software, with the ability to issue tickets independently without queuing.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of international ticketing standards and travel regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Hyderabad.
