Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept through completion, managing space planning, design development, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring that designs are executed according to quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The role involves guiding junior designers, reviewing construction drawings, overseeing site coordination, and participating in client presentations and design reviews.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



requiring close collaboration with the studio team and regular visits to project sites.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically compelling layouts.
- Proficiency in architecture-related coordination and construction drawings, including detailing and documentation for execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office).
- Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects, preferably in both residential and commercial segments.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, understanding of building codes and local regulations, and a commitment to high-quality design execution.
