Purpose We are looking for a Senior Support & Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application support and system integration. The role will involve supporting critical applications for a government client and resolving production and integration issues.

Key Missions Key Responsibilities





- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Java applications in a production setting.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and performance-related issues.
- Support applications deployed on JBoss Application Server.
- Work with Oracle databases and SQL for issue analysis and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, JSON/XML, and HTTP/HTTPS integrations.
- Perform API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
- Analyse JVM performance, memory utilisation, thread issues and application-server logs.
- Troubleshoot application-server connectivity with databases and external systems.
- Analyse database connectivity, sessions, locks and performance-related issues.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams for issue resolution.
- Support deployments, releases, and production changes as required.
- Willingness to provide 24×7/on-call support when required
- Strong ownership of production incidents
