Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading end-to-end HR strategy and operations. This role oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding, ensuring that BidrYde attracts and retains high-performing, mission-driven team members.

The Senior Human Resources

Manager designs and implements performance management, compensation, and benefits programs, and drives employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leadership on HR policies, supporting managers on employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR data and reporting. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to build an inclusive, high-trust culture aligned with BidrYde’s values and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR business partnering.
- Experience in performance management,



compensation and benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance, preferably within India.
- Ability to design and deliver learning and development programs, leadership development, and coaching for managers.
- Comfort with HRIS tools, data analysis, and creating HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-growing organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
