The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for Insurance sales and managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for insurance profiles Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media Make 60–70 calls daily to potential candidates Conduct 10–15 screening conversations/interviews daily Schedule interviews with company managers Maintain candidate follow-up and joining records Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets Coordinate with team leaders and hiring managers Roles to Hire:
