Shift Ahead is seeking a committed Senior HR Generalist for its Organisation which is mainly into IT Managed Staffing & Services Organization based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles — from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing/screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Organize onboarding and induction programs for recent hires; ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and maintained in line with company policy.
- Employee Records & Attendance Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records; track attendance and leave data, ensuring proper documentation for compliance and internal reporting.
- Confirmations, Exits & Full & Final Settlement
- Handle employee confirmation processes, resignation formalities, and exit interviews; coordinate with payroll/finance to ensure timely full and final settlements and a smooth offboarding experience.




- Payroll Support
- Provide accurate and timely attendance, leave, and other relevant inputs to the payroll team to ensure correct and on-time salary processing.
- Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles; plan and execute engagement initiatives that drive motivation and retention.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policy and applicable labor laws; maintain audit-ready records and support statutory inspections as needed.
- HR Reporting & Metrics
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment, headcount, attrition, attendance, and other HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Employee Coordination & Deployment
- Liaise with internal teams and if need be coordinate with clients to understand process requirements, coordinate resource deployment of projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients, internal management and employees.
