Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Executive role based in Thane.

The Senior Human Resources

Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The role involves partnering with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support business goals in a growing fintech and technology environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR documentation, overseeing payroll inputs and statutory compliance in coordination with finance,



and maintaining accurate HR data and reports.

The Senior Human Resources

Executive will also lead initiatives related to learning and development, employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding processes tailored to IT, fintech, and banking technology roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, with the ability to coach managers and team members.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and documentation, including maintaining employee records and HRIS data.
- Candidates should possess skills related to payroll coordination, basic HR analytics, and understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing and implementing learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Candidates should have strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Relevant experience in HR roles within IT, fintech, banking, or technology service providers is highly beneficial.
