Hiring: Sr. Healthcare Recruiter | Remote
We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support U.S. healthcare hiring as part of an offshore RPO/recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals
- Recruit for roles such as SLP, OT, PT, BCBA, RBT, caregivers and behavioral health
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed and healthcare job boards for sourcing
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
- Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with the client’s hiring team
- Manage candidates through the recruiting process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of U.S. healthcare recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Boolean search
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work U.S. hours and support a fast-paced recruiting setting
