Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at our Karol Bagh office, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual concepts, designing digital and print assets, refining brand guidelines, and ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms. The role involves leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, presenting design solutions to stakeholders, and iterating based on feedback.

Designer will produce logos, marketing collateral, UI-related graphics, and social media creatives, while maintaining high standards of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.



The role also requires managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing to overall design strategy and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into effective visual solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to create clear, readable, and visually appealing compositions.
- Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and experience with digital and print formats.
- Candidates should have demonstrated experience in leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing constructive design feedback.
- Candidates should have robust portfolio evidence of professional design work, including logos, brand systems, and marketing materials.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management abilities, and a willingness to mentor junior team members.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
