Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant with strong Private Equity Fund Accounting experience to join a growing and collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a quick - paced investment environment and enjoys working cross - functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations teams.

Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities
- Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics, and IRR calculations
- Record and review general ledger transactions, including complex multi-entity allocation journal entries
- Prepare and review account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and capital allocation schedules
- Support investment and debt reporting, cash management activities, and treasury-related processes
- Assist with management fee calculations, financial covenant reporting, tax reporting support, and investor reporting requests




- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve financial reporting discrepancies
- Prepare audit schedules and work closely with external auditors during annual audits

What We Are Looking For Requirements –

- Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA qualified (USA)
- 4+ years of accounting experience within Private Equity, Investment Funds, or Alternative Investments
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting structures
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, and financial analysis functions
- Experience preparing consolidated and combined financial statements
- Knowledge of intercompany accounting and multi-ledger environments
- Experience with Yardi or similar accounting/financial reporting systems is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience using Yardi or other accounting GL and financial reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptionally process- and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and able to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
- Team-oriented, able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes, and challenges with the appropriate parties.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of our investors', partners', and internal affairs.
