Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack CIAM Software Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs and Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying and supporting identity-centric applications and reusable integration components. The role requires a strong backend-first full-stack engineer who can work across CIAM application development, SCIM-based provisioning, API engineering, container platforms and GitOps-based delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain CIAM applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Build reusable Java API libraries, utilities, DTOs, API contracts, error-handling frameworks and integration components.
- Design and implement secure REST APIs for authentication, authorization, onboarding, administration, self-service and provisioning.
- Develop and maintain SCIM 2.0 adapters for user and group provisioning and lifecycle synchronization.
- Work on CIAM workflows including registration, login, authentication, authorization, user lifecycle, self-service and administration.
- Implement identity integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT and access tokens.
- Design APIs with appropriate versioning, backward compatibility, pagination, filtering, idempotency and error handling.




- Deploy and operate containerized applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes across DEV, TEST, QA and PROD environments.
- Implement GitOps-based deployments using Argo CD and Helm.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, contract testing, quality gates and release automation.
- Troubleshoot application, deployment, provisioning, API integration and runtime issues across environments.
- Apply secure coding practices, dependency management, code reviews and performance optimization.
- Support security assessments, vulnerability remediation and penetration-testing activities.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, QA, platform operations and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to production readiness, incident analysis, operational support and knowledge transfer.

Candidates should demonstrate hands-on development and production experience rather than only theoretical knowledge of IAM/CIAM.
