? Key Responsibilities
- Order management in system for B2B dispatches for all market places / channels.
- Familiarity with OMS / WMS system is essential
- Completion of B2B order delivery process (uploading PL, ad hoc marketplace requirements)
- Extensive coordination with transporters for delivery schedule adherence
- Coordinate with warehouse team for daily distribution plan
- RTO for B2B dispatches and coordination with respective POC for closure and inventory management.
- Prepare daily/weekly fulfillment MIS and track operational KPIs.
- Managing daily adhoc activities including for fulfillment
- Procurement of warehouse packing material for daily dispatches
? What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Fulfillment / Supply Chain.
- Mandatory hands-on experience across both E-commerce AND Quick Commerce.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
- Experience in Cosmetics / Beauty / FMCG / Personal Care will be preferred.
- Experience in WMS / OMS systems
- Excellent Excel Skills
