Role Description The Senior Executive Technical role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will oversee and support technical operations, including monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include analyzing technical data, troubleshooting process issues, recommending improvements in materials and methods, and supporting implementation of technical projects. The role also involves preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, assisting in audits and compliance activities,



and providing technical guidance to junior team members to help drive efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge related to mining, metals, construction materials, or industrial processes, with the ability to analyze and optimize production workflows.
- Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in using technical documentation, reports, and data analysis tools for monitoring performance and supporting decision-making.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, materials science, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices for industrial operations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in identifying and implementing technical improvements.
- Previous experience in a similar senior technical or executive role in mining, metals, construction chemicals, or related industries is an advantage.
