Roles And Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage overall factory security operations and security personnel.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor management, and gate security.
- Ensure proper factory lock-up, opening, gate-pass, and goods movement procedures.
- Conduct security training, drills, and awareness programs for security staff.
- Investigate security incidents and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, Administration, and local law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain security records, registers, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare regular security status reports for management.
- Ensure security policies and procedures are properly implemented across the factory.

Academic Qualifications

- HSC
- Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduate

Others Requirements

- Age: 25 - 40 years
- Gender: Male
- Training/Course: MS Office
- Area of Expertise: CCTV & Security System Monitoring
- Additional Requirements:
- Additional training/certification in Security Management, Safety, Fire Safety, Risk Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency is required; knowledge of MS Office and Oracle/ERP systems will be preferred.




- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably in RMG/manufacturing or corporate organizations.
- Retired Army personnel, particularly those with the rank of Sergeant or above, will be given preference.
- Experience in CCTV, access control, incident management, and security team supervision.
- Knowledge of security, safety, compliance, and factory security protocols.
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies and security service providers will be preferred.
