The role will support the loyalty team in managing partnerships, executing campaigns, managing daily operations, assisting with contract processes, and conducting industry research to enhance program performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of loyalty campaigns and initiatives with non-airline partners.
- Maintain and update daily MIS reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with partners for campaign approvals, creatives, and performance tracking.
- Support the preparation and review of partnership contracts and documentation.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify loyalty trends and best practices across sectors like Airlines, Retail, Banking, and Travel.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, including member acquisition and revenue impact.
- Ensure timely delivery of partner commitments and internal deliverables.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new partnership ideas and engagement strategies.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 of relevant experience in loyalty marketing, partnerships, or campaign execution.
- Exposure to contract processes and industry research preferred.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
