Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Executive Human Resources Business Partner. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, developing and implementing HR strategies, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring HR policies and practices comply with labor and employment laws.

The Senior

Executive HR Business Partner will support talent development, guide managers on HR best practices, and facilitate change management and engagement initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams,



maintaining HR data accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience designing and implementing HR frameworks and procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and advising leadership on regulatory matters.
- Candidates should possess effective Performance Management skills, including goal setting, appraisal processes, and performance improvement planning.
- Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused organization.
- Robust analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at multiple organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
