- Must be CPC/CRC/CCS certified with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HCC Risk Adjustment coding.
- Must have thorough knowledge in ICD 9 & ICD 10 Coding
- Should have sound experience in Risk adjustment coding (Prospective/Concurrent/Retrospective)
- Must be good with MS Office, especially Excel and PPT.
- Must be flexible with shift timing and willing to provide additional support based on process requirement.
- Must have Strong Communication Skills.
- Active CPC/CCS/CRC Coding license without apprentice.
Responsibilities
- Thorough clinical knowledge on Chronic conditions, comprehending the medical record, signs/symptoms, and strong understanding of the MEAT/TAMPER concept.
- Should have experience in Risk adjustment coding (Prospective/Concurrent/Retrospective)
- Robust personal and professional ethics
- Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
- Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
- Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders
- Maintenance and updating reports as required

- Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required

- Liaison with the program/project manager as required

- 40 hours per week as Full-time employee
- Shift time: 9 am to 6 pm IST
