Role summary:

Job Title: Senior Executive - Ad Ops

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Total experience: 2–5 years of agency experience in Digital Ad Operations, preferably within a media agency, digital advertising or ad-tech environment. Hands-on experience with IAS trackers is preferred/required.

Role Overview

Dentsu is looking for a Senior Executive – Ad Operations to manage the execution, tracking, monitoring, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle campaign setup, trafficking, ad serving, tracking and QA.
- Manage ad tags, pixels and tracking parameters across digital campaigns.




- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, impressions, clicks and other KPIs.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking and delivery issues.
- Work with internal teams, media partners and platforms to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign performance and delivery reports.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and within timelines.
- Use IAS (Integral Ad Science) trackers for campaign monitoring, verification and reporting.
- Monitor viewability, brand safety and fraud metrics through IAS.
- Maintain campaign trackers and reports using Excel.

Required Skills & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–5 years of agency experience in Digital Ad Operations / Campaign Management, preferably within a media agency, digital advertising or ad-tech setting.
- Hands-on experience with IAS trackers is preferred/required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
