We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with 12–15 years of experience to lead multiple engineering teams, drive high-impact technology delivery, mentor senior engineers, and partner with Product and Business stakeholders to execute technology strategy.

Scope: You will play a key leadership role in building high-performing engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.

? Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor and inspire multiple engineering teams

Drive career development, performance management and succession planning

Build a culture of ownership, innovation and engineering excellence

Support recruitment, onboarding and strategic team scaling

Mentor senior engineers, Tech Leads and Engineering Managers

?Technical & Delivery Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and participate in architecture reviews
- Drive engineering best practices across design, development, testing, security and CI/CD
- Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on system design and technology roadmaps
- Oversee delivery timelines, priorities, dependencies and risks
- Ensure engineering teams consistently deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions

? Strategy & Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with Product, UX and Business teams to define technology strategy
- Communicate delivery status,



risks and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Influence technology roadmaps and contribute to organizational planning
- Establish engineering metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Balance technical excellence with business priorities

? Required Skills:

✅ 10+ years of software engineering experience

✅ 5+ years in engineering/technical leadership roles

✅ Strong experience with Java and React

✅ Proven experience leading large, distributed or multiple engineering teams

✅ Robust understanding of modern software engineering practices

✅ Experience across backend, frontend, cloud and scalable application architectures

✅ Deep understanding of Agile, SDLC and engineering metrics

✅ Strong decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

✅ Excellent communication and senior leadership influencing skills

⭐ Desired:

➕ Client-facing / consulting experience

➕ AWS / Azure / GCP experience

➕ Microservices architecture

➕ Mobile application or platform engineering experience

➕ DevOps & CI/CD

➕ Automated testing and engineering quality practices
