Role Description The Senior Education Consultant will provide end-to-end college admissions counseling for students in grades 8–12, including academic planning, extracurricular strategy, and university selection aligned with each student’s goals.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, interpreting psychometric assessments,



guiding students through essay and personal statement development, and advising on standardized testing and application timelines. The role involves collaborating closely with families to manage expectations, communicating complex admissions requirements clearly, and maintaining detailed documentation of student progress.

Consultant will also stay updated on global admissions trends, contribute to workshops or webinars, and help refine internal processes and resources.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in college counseling, academic planning, and global university admissions processes.
- Demonstrated ability in student mentoring, one-on-one coaching, and family communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with essay and personal statement review.
- Analytical skills to interpret psychometric assessments and align recommendations with student strengths and interests.
- High level of professionalism, ethical judgment, and confidentiality in working with students and families.
- Prior experience in an education consulting, school counseling, or admissions advisory role, preferably with international applications.
