Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in the P&C; insurance industry with a focus on Duck Creek Policy Administration System.
- Hands on experience with LOB's like General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation, Inline Marine, Auto, Homeowners etc.
- Strong understanding of P&C; insurance products, underwriting processes, claims management, rating and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.




- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, ACII) or COTS certifications are desirable but not required

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Policy Administration System (PAS).
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the P&C; industry.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations, to ensure that solutions meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of recent systems, processes, and tools to support PAS implementation.
